As the LCV Accountant, you’ll play a key part in supporting the financial performance of the dealerships. Responsibilities include:
Consolidating and analysing weekly forecasts and business trends.
Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Leading and mentoring Accounts Teams across multiple sites.
Producing Management Accounts, performance indicators and financial reports within strict deadlines.
Supporting the creation of robust budgets and forecasts.
Assisting with the annual business plan.
Overseeing compliance, VAT, tax returns, payroll administration and employee costs.
Managing Credit Control, Creditors and Debtors in line with company KPIs.
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially focused Accountant with a background in the automotive industry.
You will have:
Part-qualification in ACCA or CIMA (minimum).
Experience in the Motor Trade sector.
Strong track record in annual budgets, year-end audits, month-end accounting and financial controls.
Leadership experience in managing and developing finance teams.
Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance.
Desirable:
Experience using Kerridge (DMS).
Knowledge of the LCV/automotive retail environment.
